Prairie Girl || Savannah, GA Fashion Photography

Oh man. I don’t even know where to begin. I am so beyond happy with this shoot! For my final in my fashion photography class I did a little house on the prairie/frontier inspired editorial shoot. Molly Strohl modeled for me, and did an amazing job. Her look was so perfect for the shoot and I loved being able to work with her! Baille Younkman and Elizabeth Wilcox (aka two of my favorite people ever) collaborated with the styling. Oh my goodness, they did such a good job. A million gold stars for them. We did the shoot in two locations. First we started off at Wormsloe Historic Site and then we went to my new favorite secret but not so secret location, a dirt road/open field just across from Old Fort Jackson. The weather was lovely, the light was lovely…everything was lovely! Anyways, here are my favorite selects from the shoot!

Stephanie & Paul

It was such a joy to be able to photograph Paul and Stephanie’s wedding in Austin, TX. These two are the sweetest couple and they are so very much in love. Although the weather was rainy, it didn’t stop them from having a perfect day of celebration with friends and family. Stephanie and Paul, thank you so much for including me in your special day!

I did a little mini shoot with Stephanie & Paul before the ceremony. I loved the dress that Stephanie wore

Name All the Animals – Sneak Peek!

My lovely brother and sister-in-law, Peter & Megan are both wonderful musicians and are in the process of recording an album. Over winter break, they asked me to photograph them for their album art. Their band name is Name All the Animals and I am so excited for them to complete the album. Seriously, they are some talented people. Here is a little sneak peek from the shoot! Enjoy!

Second shooting with photographer Philip Casey

I recently had the opportunity to photograph 2 weddings alongside photographer Philip Casey (Studio 1250). Since I haven’t shot a whole lot of weddings, it was great to work with and learn from a wedding pro. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again – I have so much respect for wedding photographers. Take a look at some of the shots that I got and then check out Philips work here! Thank you Philip for letting me shoot with you!

Abby + Ben

I am oh so happy to be able to share photos from Abby and Ben’s wedding! The day was so wonderful and it was such a joy to be able to be a part of it. Everything from the ceremony to the little details was absolutely beautiful. The always wonderful Sarah Ayer helped me photograph the wedding. She’s kind of amazing and you should definitely check out her work! Abby and Ben, thank you so much for letting me a part of your special day! Congrats!

Emily Mayer Portfolio

I recently photographed jewelry for designer Emily Mayer’s portfolio. I have such talented friends! I love doing these kind of shoots because it’s so cool to see the amazing work that people are producing. Emily is an amazing fashion designer, and she asked me to photograph a few of her jewelry pieces. From quirky and conceptual, to beautiful, vintage inspired pieces, Emily’s work is wonderful. The always beautiful Baille Younkman modeled the jewelry and she also styled the shoot. Again, I have such talented friends! Take a look at some of my favorites from the shoot!
